This is a vase for the big bouquets! Or, as you can see from the pictures - it's also quite cute with some large flowery twigs.
I made this vase in two pieces, both on the potter's wheel, and joined them before they were dry. It's finished off in a simple white glaze applied in a free flowing manner that gives the piece an elegant and rustic expression.
