All packages are sent from our workshop in Denmark, with tracking, using PostNord for both domestic and international orders. 

Products that are in-stock are sent within five business days of the order being placed, unless notified otherwise by EviLou Pottery. Made to order products are sent within one month of the order being placed, unless notified otherwise by EviLou Pottery.

We are not responsible for what happens with a package once it is delivered to the shipping company. We have access only to the same tracking information we provided you upon shipment. We are not responsible if your item is lost or stolen, marked as delivered but gone missing, delayed, not showing tracking progress, or has any other shipping issue. This must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping company.

International custom or import duties

Please note Customs / Duties / or VAT is not included in the purchase price of your order. If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information. We fill out our customs forms accurately with the full value of the item listed on the form and will not mark parcels as gifts. We are not responsible for customs or duties for your package.  If you choose to refuse delivery because you do not want to pay duties, you will not receive a refund if your parcel is returned to us.
