These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Eviloupottery.dk.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time providing it has not already been shipped. To cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, providing your name and the order reference number. Once an order has been shipped t is no longer possible to cancel. In this case, please follow the return policy, below.
Changes
It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another product, you will have to place a new order online and return the original product for a refund
Return
You have the right to return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original shipping or return shipping.
You are responsible for arranging the return shipping and paying for it. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our workshop. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. To ensure this, all products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Neither the product nor the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
Warrantee
You have a 24-month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. The complaint must be justified. The complaint is not justified if the defect was caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
If a piece is damaged during shipping from me to you, I will replace or refund it. If a piece is defective due to manufacturing defects, I will replace or refund it. But If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk.
Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. Please notify us by email to let us know, including a detailed description of the problem, photos, and your order reference number. If your claim is justified, we will instruct you to return your product and when we receive it, we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, when you have a warrantee claim, a detailed description of the problem, along with photos, is necessary. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 72 hours.
